Well, I thought is was brilliant! Sure the weather was mixed ( snow!) but the roads were superb & the scenery stunning. The hotel was far better than I expected & I think they excelled them selves with the service on both Saturday & Sunday nights.

The Canadian guests loved it & are talking of coming back -- with some more MGCC people.

Have not heard one word of criticism!

Well done to all concerned!

v8 inlet manifold composite gasket

Spent this afternoon stripping the carbs and inlet manifold off the V8

and the manifold gasket put up a good fight on removal due to the liberal amount of sealant applied. Due to the makeup of the new composite gasket I presume no sealant need be applied around the water ports ? Manifold is now off to get powder coated so I have time to ponder the question.

Thanks and regards:)

Hello,

I want to tread very lightly because I do not want to spam anyone or

step on any toes. That said, I think many folks here would have a fun

time checking out this website for free while we're beta-testing.

I have developed a huge database of current MGB for-sale ads

gathered from throughout the US and Canada then thoroughly analyzed by

computer and categorized by hand to create infinite search and sort

possibilities for buyers of MGBs. Because this database was

What spark plugs should I be using in a J2?

Long or short reach?

If I use long reach does this matter in a "standard" engine?

Makes you wonder how many chinese TF LE500s they will sell - if ever they come to the market!
We wanted to fit foglights to the TF. Just knockout the blanking plate and pop them in I thought, however it is proving impossible to source a fog light wiring harness, and you do need one. Both lamps, the relay, and the switch have special multi pin plugs which cant be "knife and forked". In the old days you wired up lamps with a roll of wire and a box of terminals!

So anyone out there with a TF, if you don't have foglights - keep it that way!!

PS if your TF is pre 2004 [which ...
