mgc mods

Anyone with experience of mods to MGC's? (Engine, carbs, 5 speed box, suspension etc.) Also I have loads of spares for C's if anyone is interested. I am currently breaking a LHD US spec GT.

Unless I'm mistaken, wasn't there an article in a recent 'Safety Fast' detailing all the current mods and tweeks required to transform the MGC. Some of the MGC register guys seem strong on there upgrades and the name Vic Young seems to ring a bell. Have a look back over some recent editions of 'Safety Fast'. If you are having difficulty please let me know and I can check at this end.

Good to hear of another MGC enthusiast in Scotland. They really are wonderful cars which historically were somewhat maligned. The advantage of which is that the prices are considerably lower than they should be. Must be a good investment for anyone looking for a reliable silky smoth understressed M. The current thinkng is that they will rocket along with MGBV8's.
